A weekly, gated tender ledger — verify once, request specs on demand
Asaptic sources open tenders from government departments and public bodies across four markets, screens them into one ledger, and gates full specs behind a one-time company verification — so your team spends time quoting, not hunting through gazettes and portals.
Four markets, one ledger
Every open tender is normalized into the same ledger row — category, closing date, days left — regardless of which market or source it came from.
How it works
From signup to a spec in your inbox — five steps, no sales call required.
-
Register with your work email
Tell us your company name, region, and the product/service categories you supply. You'll receive a secure login link — no password to remember.
-
Browse the open-tender ledger
Filter by market and category to see every open tender's ID, category, summary, closing date, and days left.
-
Verify your company once
A one-time company verification unlocks the "Request full spec" action on every ledger row — no repeat checks per tender.
-
Request the full spec
One click per tender. Asaptic's ops team prepares the full specification document for the tenders you request.
-
Receive your watermarked spec
Your document is watermarked to your company and delivered for download directly from the ledger row — ready to quote against.
Why suppliers use the bulletin
Built for teams who quote against public-sector tenders every week, not once a quarter.
One ledger, four markets
Stop checking separate gazettes and portals for Hong Kong, Macao, the UK, and Australia — one filterable list, refreshed weekly.
Verify once
Company verification happens a single time, not per tender — after that, requesting a full spec is one click.
Watermarked delivery
Every delivered spec is watermarked to your company, so your team always knows exactly what was requested and by whom.
Common questions
Is registration free?
Yes. Registering and browsing the gated ledger is free. Asaptic's role is to give you one normalized weekly view and to prepare the full specification document when you request it.
Which markets are actually live today?
Hong Kong, Macao, the United Kingdom, and Australia are live in the ledger today. We are not claiming any additional market is live until it actually is.
What happens after I request a spec?
Your request moves through a short pipeline — requested, in production, then delivered — visible against the same ledger row, with a watermarked document attached once it's ready.
Do I need to be verified to browse tenders?
No — any registered supplier can browse the ledger. Company verification is only required to unlock "Request full spec" on a tender.
